Assessment Tools

Business Energetix—Success Coaching starts with one or more objective assessments of strength, personal potential or skills to use emotions productively. We use only assessments that are statistically valid and reliable which ensures that the results provide helpful and meaningful information.

The Strengths Finder® profile, developed by the Gallup organization based on their “systematic study of excellence”, is an online survey that identifies your themes of talents. The survey report shows your top five themes, and gives you ideas for developing those talents. The Strength Finder® profile gives Business Energetix clients a framework to see opportunities and talents that take both the individual and the business to a new level.

The Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential® (MAPP) gives a view of personal traits, how those traits are used effectively in the workplace and tie that data back to the United States Department of Labor Dictionary of Occupational Titles. The result is a report that matches traits to occupations that are a good fit.

The EQ In Action® profile is an assessment of emotional intelligence skills, a measure of an individual’s ability to use emotions constructively. As business leaders and executives advance in their careers, these skills take on increasing importance in leadership and achieving the company’s goals. The EQ In Action® profile, used in conjunction with the Strength Finder® profile, forms a foundation for building personal and professional skills.
